Toyota rav4 not starting no crank
MEMBER. 2007 TOYOTA RAV4. 6 CYL. 2WD. AUTOMATIC. 62,000 MILES. Hello: My 2007 Toyota RAV4 cranks for a long time before it starts on the initial start then seems to start easier after that. I was scheduling the 60K maintenance and didn't see a tune up in the maint manual at 60K.Got the RAV4 fixed and it was the battery. The dealership gave me a Toyota Premium COPBS-8424F battery to replace the original one and they look different. Come to think that I might have seen a tell tale sign of the battery dying last winter, when there were couple of instances that the car would crank hard to start in some not too cold mornings.
