I had some issues with the supports not sticking to the bed and popping off, which I could resolve by increasing the brim size and getting a correct bed leveling. I think there must be something wrong with your installation of Prusa Slicer. I just tried 2.0.0 and here is what I get. 2.5mm pattern spacing, 1mm pattern spacing and 1mm honeycomb spacing.
