The battery is not charging while the ATV is on, and the tach meter is showing 0 RPMs while the ATV is on and running. Stator should have 3 yellow wires coming out of it. I dont have a manual for your machine but im sure its like all the rest. If you have a multi meter you could check the voltage across any 2 yellow wires.
