800 EFI no output from fuel pump. I have a 2011 Ranger Crew 800 EFI that quit today. I pulled the fuel line off and no fuel flow (or sound) when I turn the key on. Fuel Pump fuse is good. Had a local mechanic check the Fuel Pump relay, it is also good. Pulled the pump out and checked voltage on the pump side of the connector, reads .42 volts.3. Spark plug sparks fine with new spark plug 4. carburetor is receiving fuel 5. no restrictions on air flow 6. New battery 7. Freshly cleaned and rebuilt carburetor including jets, needle and seat, gasket, air screw and spring, idle screw and spring 8. Air screw is 1.5 turn from seat 9. spark plug is gapped at .025" 10.2005 Ranger 6x6 No Spark. Here's another one. I know it's harder to get to on the 570, but with my machine it's less than 5 minutes to get it up and running if it's the plug.turn the key nothing hapens. no power at the key atall. all fuses and relays are good. grounds are good. NOW THE WEIRD STUFF. i have batt power to the efi relay and the fan relay. but no power (key on or off) to the chassis relay or the fuelpump/ignition coil relay. the ignition coil/ fuel pump relay left 2 terminals (both are red/white) ohm ...
a clicking sound may be your starter solenoid, it may need to be replaced. also, the fuel pumps eventually go, you will have to check your fuel pressure. On one occasion i took the spark plug out and put the plug wire back on it and held it close to the metal frame and there was no spark. Mar 2, 2021 · RD/BL wire to coil, injectors and fuel pump drops from 12 volts to 0 when key on. I tested the RD/BL wire at the fuse panel and it shows 12 volts when key turned on then drops to 0. I switched relays and no change. Tested wiring at the fuse panel for the EFI relay. Orange wire, 12 volts at all times. GR/WH wire 12 volts with key on, RD/WH wire ... Just cranks and cranks, but won't fire. Took about 2-3 minutes of repeated attempts to get it started, it does. Turn around and try to head back to my driveway, slow speed, get about 100 yards, it sputters and dies again. This time, it simply won't start, just cranks and cranks, won't fire... This is when someone tipped me off, that it sounds ... ….

2015 Ranger 570 won't crank. I'm having a problem with my 2015 Ranger 570 EFI Crew not cranking. Fuel pressure 60 psi (holds), strong spark, good battery, fluid levels good, wrench and hour glass on instrumentation (needs service, shouldn't keep it from cranking). Turns over, but will not crank. Starter fluid will make if fire, but not crank.Checked the Battery and it had a weak cell so I replaced it. Checked the COIL and the primary side was OK, but the secondary showed 0 ohms. As I was tightening the positive to the solenoid down by the battery, the lug twisted off. Ordered a new starter solenoid that showed up today.The wires going to the crank position sensor were shorted together. The short was beneath the plastic loom.
