Pcsx2 60 fps
I'm playing Burnout 3, on PCSX2 1.4.0 I play it through a Steam shortcut. I use a DVD My specs are GTX1060 and i5-6600k, 8 gb ram, win10 When playing the fps is mostly at 60 but sometimes it drops to 40-50 for a short moment. This makes the music slow down and lag and its annoying and difficult to race when the fps isn't stable.Specs are: Core i5 3570 at 3.8 Ghz, 8GB RAM, GTX 960 with 4 GB of Vram, Win 8.1. I haven't tested this game for a long time (for over 3 years), but I think I still won't be able to play this at reasonable framerates, it's just too much of a performance hog. Currently pcsx2 lacks an internal framerate counter. (ppsspp, dolphin they have that) When you have a game which runs @30fps you have to do two things to get to a playable 60fps status. 1. You have to disable the 30fps framelimit. and. 2a. If the game does not tie timings to the framerate, you are good to go. 2b.Anyways the problem is getting the fps to be consistent, the fps even goes beyond 60 but after 10 20 min it become crazy and even drop to 20.
