Aug 22, 2011 · I was able to practice enough to pass the test, but, the MSF gave me skills that really helped me master real-world maneuvers, not just practice to pass a test. I HIGHLY recommend the MSF course. Finally, the only restrictions on Missouri's tests are two-wheel or three-wheel. .
