Like EW said it may be a bad sensor. Not sure which scanner you used, but not all code scanners (i.e. lower cost) are able to retrieve ABS codes so you might want to try another scanner. The car with wavy lines is the ESC. The throttle body is a part of the ESC system, and if any part of the system shows a fault, the ESC is automatically disabled. The problem will probably come back after a while. .
