INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Transportation announced several new road closures at the start of June as part of the I-69 Project. On Friday, June 2 around 8 p.m., INDOT said motorists traveling south on I-465 approaching the Sam Jones Expressway and I-70 will experience a reduction of five open lanes to four.I-465 Southwest Project. INDOT will begin partial closures on I-465 between I-70 and I-65 on the southwest side of Indianapolis in September 2018 for approximately 18 days to complete pavement and bridge repairs.
