Second questin is if a gen is affected by brine but eruption also activates on it does that remove the brine regression os does eruption cuts 10% and goes back ....

Call of Brine is a better perk than I previously thought. When I first read the description, I thought it had a cooldown of 60 seconds that, during that time, applied regression and the notifications to a single gen. plsf form Call of brine is more useful in my opinion as a solo perk. The regression effect is more instantaneous. Overcharge is a bit unreliable against good survivors.
