Now when I drive I hear some clicking noises when I barely turn left and if I jack up the front end and I spin either wheel I can hear a small clicking sound coming from the center of the axle.Ans: A defective CV can sound like a loud click, popping, or clunk as the damage worsens. There's a rotational clicking noise coming from the front passenger side of the truck. It doesn't matter if brakes are applied, if I'm turning or going straight, and the clicking gets faster the faster I drive.Torque specs for the front nuts are 36ft/lb and the rears are 34ft/lb. You will hear clunking noise when going over bumps etc. Sway bar end links These end links are very fragile, and they do not seem to hold up for too long especially when you have aftermarket sway bars. Changing spring and shocks could make them go bad as well.
