Okay so to add to this set up death to a Honda issue. Becuase I too have been suffering this plaque. Long and short: First time this happened a local oil change place put 10w40 in my Element. Within a mile of the shop it blew P2646 code. Took it to my mechanic, he did a oil test and thats how I know what was put in the car.3. Remove the rubber gasket by pulling the tab on the bottom. 4. There is a wire bail holding the headlamp in the socket. Move it by pushing the handle toward the front of the vehicle, then pull it up to disengage. (Much like a safety pin.) 5.
