John Burgess Well-Known Member. 1988 - 1991 P and D cents should all have Wide AM reverses. 1993-1997 P and D cents should all have Close AM reverses. the 1992 CAM and WAM is a result of a reverse die transition, the 1992 SHOULD all be WAM, but some were struck with the new reverse die for 1993 onward with the CAM.Dec 27, 2015 · The value begins near a thousand. 1993 Wide AM Penny.
