Civ 6 vampires

I’m currently playing a Zulu campaign with vampires. The answer is no. There used to be a glitch where the Zulu could form Giant Death Robot corps/armies, but I’m pretty sure they patched that, so by extension I would assume they can’t form vampire corps/armies either..
