Blackstar awakening is PEN or leave it. If you don't own a PEN Dande and get lucky hitting Tet blackstar, it's probably the better choice over Tet dande.Boss weapon is still best in slot in PVP with the extra damage to all specie over black star. Before blackstar is released, old players pulled their hairs of PENning their boss weapons. Caphras to level 20 is way harder as caphras are always out of stock and silver to buy them are harder to grind. Old players took years also to c19 their boss ...
